OUR WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY AL Floors USA
At AL Floors USA, we value the quality of our work. We are proud to offer a one-year limited warranty on all labor and services provided for the hardwood flooring installed in your home, effective from the date of completion.
If any problems arise due to our workmanship during this period, we will correct them at no cost to you, subject to the conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence in every project we deliver.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Please note that this Limited Warranty applies only to problems resulting directly from our workmanship. It does not cover damage or defects caused by:
Pre-existing structural problems or faulty construction design
Excessive moisture, dryness, or inadequate ventilation
Fire, water damage, chemical exposure
Normal wear and tear or acts of vandalism/abuse
Foundation shifting, concrete separation, or wall settlement
Failure to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines
Outstanding payments due to AL Floors USA
To maintain your warranty, proper floor care must be followed according to the National Wood Floor Association (NWFA) care and maintenance guidelines (as outlined in the provided Care Card).
