Our Story
AL Floors USA was born from a true passion for transforming spaces — a passion that has driven Jeferson Felix since 2005, when he first stepped into the flooring world in Boston, Massachusetts. What began as curiosity, encouraged by a friend, quickly grew into a solid career built on dedication, hard work, and genuine love for the craft.
Jeferson started out as a flooring finisher, but his natural talent and curiosity soon led him to master installation as well. In Long Branch, New Jersey, he gained valuable experience working with new floors, further sharpening his skills. Later, after moving to Florida, he dove deep into the art of floor restoration — and it was during this time that the seeds of AL Floors USA truly began to grow.
Officially founded in 2017 under the name AL Felix Floors, the company later evolved into AL FLOORS USA— a name that better reflects our mission: to make every house more beautiful, welcoming, and full of personality. Since day one, we've been proud to be a family-run business that values long-term relationships, top-quality work, and close, personal service.
